La Asociación Escuela de Astronomía de Cali EAC es una institución privada, sin ánimo de lucro, con personería jurídica otorgada por la Gobernación del Valle, que desarrolla actividades de divulgación y enseñanza no formal de la astronomía y ciencias afines. La EAC es miembro fundador de la Red de Astronomía de Colombia RAC.
